Отель "Grand Opera Hotel"

Our deluxe king room was cozy, quiet, and clean. The location is excellent. The receptionist, food staff, and cleaning crew were all friendly and welcoming.

However, breakfast was disappointing. The pastries were stale, the fruit tasted freezer-burned, and there was a lack of protein and fresh vegetables.

One major issue with the room was the showerhead. It’s too big, and the spray gets everywhere, making it impossible to stay dry. Also, the room should be stocked with basic supplies used by guests. Why isn’t there a laundry service available? The terrace is beautiful but not promoted or utilized enough. There are definitely missed opportunities here!

The hotel has an old-fashioned vibe, reminiscent of the Soviet era. The rooms are quite small by modern standards. It's challenging to shower without soaking the entire bathroom, as the shower head sprays everywhere, mostly outside the enclosure. Adjusting the temperature takes a frustrating 5-8 minutes to find a comfortable setting between scorching hot and ice cold. While the breakfast staff was fantastic, the lobby staff appeared too busy to assist guests.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le restaurant au dernier étage avec le piano, la vue est agréable et le menu est varié.

패밀리룸에 머물렀습니다. 위치가 정말 좋고, 모든 것이 사진과 똑같습니다. 매우 편안하고 깨끗해요. 청소도 철저하게 잘 해주시고, 직원들도 친절합니다. 조식도 만족스러워요. 단, 저녁에 샤워기 수압과 온도가 자주 변하는 점이 아쉬웠습니다(세면대와 변기는 괜찮습니다).

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are well-maintained. The hotel is centrally located in Kutaisi. 👍 I recommend it.

Świetny hotel w centrum miasta, znakomite śniadania w formie bufetu z wszystkim, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Personel recepcji był bardzo pomocny. Pokój był przestronny i piękny, a łóżko wygodne.

מלון מעולה. מיקום מצוין. צוות אדיב וקשוב לצרכים של האורחים. מסעדה נחמדה מאוד על הגג. חדרים נקיים, נוחים ושקטים, עם מקלחת נהדרת.

The hotel is in a great location right in the city center. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the complimentary toothbrushes. You can order room service from the hotel restaurant without any extra charge. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I have a few comments. Some towels and sheets, while clean, showed signs of wear and were a bit old. The air conditioning was not the easiest to operate, and at times it didn’t function properly, but the receptionist was kind enough to fix it for me. Breakfast featured mainly local dishes and was quite tasty. In general, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel.

В целом, у меня не так много негативных моментов по поводу этого отеля. Расположение отличное, персонал отзывчивый, номера очень хорошие и чистые. Это был замечательный отдых. (Мы останавливались в других отелях в Кутаиси, и этот оказался лучшим на данный момент). Единственное, что стоит отметить, это то, что ресторан на верхнем этаже предлагает развлекательную программу (музыка/пение), и это слышно из номера, но не долго. В основном еда была хорошей, и в номерах предоставляют обслуживание без дополнительной платы.
