My crown on my front tooth was installed here in the summer of 2023 by Dr. Ekaterina. From the front, the result looks beautiful and clear, but there is a slight difference in color between the crown and my own teeth, noticeable only at a certain lighting angle. The crown turned out to be much thicker than my natural teeth, which is visible in a certain plane and causes discomfort. Due to the thickness of the crown, it doesn't quite fit my bottom teeth. After my complaint, the doctor tried to improve the situation by filing the lower tooth and crown. However, the result was insufficient, and the difference in height between the lower adjacent teeth became noticeable. As a result, the doctor filed down the lower part of the crown so that everything would fit.
Positives include cleanliness, friendliness of the receptionist and generally good work by the dentist, especially when restoring an adjacent tooth. Among the disadvantages, there is probably a mistake by the dental technician, and some misunderstanding of the doctor in relation to my comments, advising me to get used to the discomfort instead of correcting mistakes. As a result, despite the significant costs for this crown, I am looking for an opportunity to have it remade elsewhere.
