My order was very poorly prepared.

The staff at this fast food place are very attentive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which I really appreciate. However, the female manager's communication style often feels dismissive and rude. It seems like helping customers is more of a hassle for her than a part of her job. I suggest that she adopts a more friendly and approachable attitude because respectful communication and professionalism are key to a positive customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken positively to enhance the overall service.
