A lovely and peaceful hotel that has everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We cherished every moment spent there.

The hotel is modern, clean, and brand new. The rooms are well-designed, the bed is very comfy, and the linens are top-notch.

After my partner raised concerns about the stray dogs on the property, the management informed us that they now feed the dogs daily and provide fresh water at a designated feeding station away from guest areas. I appreciate their willingness to address this issue rather than ignore it. It's important that this commitment continues in the long run.

Future guests should check if this practice is still in place. If it is, it’s a good balance: the dogs have their needs met while being encouraged to stay away from the pool and restaurant areas.

I also think it would be helpful to mention the feeding station during check-in. When guests see thin puppies, they might feel compelled to feed them wherever they are. Knowing the dogs are taken care of would prevent well-meaning guests from feeding them in unsuitable places.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the bathroom layout. When the door is open, it’s quite tight to get past the shower glass.

We picked this hotel for its wellness facilities. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice, but only one sauna was working, and the steam room was being used for storage, which was disappointing since the spa was one of the main reasons for our booking.

Overall, we had a good stay. I hope the hotel's commitment to the stray dogs becomes a lasting part of their management, as it would be beneficial for both the animals and the guests.

I had initially raised concerns about the treatment of stray dogs near the hotel after seeing two very skinny and scared puppies being chased away by the security staff. After my review, the management reached out to me and assured me that the dogs are fed and given fresh water daily at a feeding station located elsewhere on the property. I was glad to hear this and hope that this practice continues.

I appreciate that a fed and sterilized dog is less likely to be a nuisance or act aggressively. By having the feeding station away from the pool area, the dogs are encouraged to stay away from guests while still having their needs met—this is a compassionate solution that benefits everyone.

I suggest that guests be informed upon arrival about the daily care of the dogs. Seeing thin puppies can lead many to want to feed them, even if it's just leftovers. Knowing they have a dedicated feeding area would reassure guests and help limit feeding to the right spot.

I commend the hotel's approach to this community issue with care and responsibility and encourage future guests with concerns about the dogs to ask at reception about the feeding program if they notice dogs on the property. Transparency will help ensure this initiative continues.

Incredible location with an exceptional team. The service standards are high, and the place is very clean, unlike my previous experiences in Georgia. A special shoutout to Mr. Paata, Mr. Nukri, and Mr. Makar for their outstanding work. The chef, Mr. Beka, has amazing skills, especially with pies.
