    Аккуратность и внимание к деталям - вот что сразу бросается в глаза. С первого взгляда — просто автобусная остановка, но с отношением к пассажирам, которое приятно удивляет. Сравнивая с другими местами, где всегда беготня и суета, тут организованно, спокойно. Даже если рейсы задерживаются, не чувствуешь себя забытым. Очень порадовало, что сотрудники терпеливо и вежливо помогают, водители приветливы. Бутилированная вода перед выездом — мелочь, а тепло! Впечатления исключительно положительные, и выбором этой остановки довольна на все 100%.

    I understand why there are mostly negative comments, but it makes sense that they wait for all passengers and don't always leave on time. Imagine if your flight was delayed and the bus left before you arrived. The staff was incredibly kind, from the guy checking tickets and seats to the driver. They even gave us a bottle of water before departure. One staff member patiently held my suitcase while I retrieved my phone from upstairs, and I was traveling alone. Definitely 5 stars from me.

    Поездка из Местии в Батуми заняла 9 часов, хотя обещали всего 5. В Зугдиди нас пересадили в другую машину, а новый водитель заявил, что поедет только после того, как салоны заполнятся. Это случилось только через полтора часа. По пути водитель останавливался на каждой автобусной остановке для посадки новых пассажиров, даже когда все места уже были заняты. Машина UU-405-PP.
