    Во время нашего пребывания безопасность вызывала серьезные опасения. После 11 вечера мы заметили несколько подозрительных людей, бродящих по коридорам отеля без видимой причины. Один из них пользовался лифтом, поднимался на верхний этаж, а затем спускался по лестнице. Ночью один из этих людей вошел в номер двух пожилых женщин из нашей группы. Этот инцидент также показал, что некоторые двери в номера не закрывались должным образом. Объяснение персонала, что человек «искал туалет», выглядело неубедительно, так как на третьем этаже были только номера для гостей, и там не было общих туалетов. В результате мы не чувствовали себя в безопасности во время нашего пребывания. Я считаю, что отелю следует гораздо серьезнее относиться к безопасности гостей и убедиться, что все замки в номерах функционируют правильно.

    We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Initially, we were hesitant to eat there since we were the only ones dining, but we're glad we decided to stay. The food was fantastic in both quality and quantity, and the service was outstanding and very friendly. One of the waiters even shared their poetry with us, which we found impressive for someone so young! We would definitely return.

    To reach the restaurant, take the elevator to the 4th floor.

    The location is convenient, and breakfast was decent. The room was okay, but the bed was too small for me, so I had trouble sleeping. The staff was great—kind, helpful, and they even moved me to a room with two separate beds where I finally got some rest. Overall, I recommend it, but make sure to check the bed size first.

    Rooms are basic but clean. The highlight is definitely the top salon, offering a view of the entire city. The location is incredibly central, allowing easy access to all the interesting spots in Zugdidi on foot. Breakfast is plentiful, although you have to pay for coffee even in the morning. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Visited in May 2024.
