Mamisaant Sakdari stands in Velistsikhe in Gurjaani Municipality: this is a family church whose name comes from the surname of the family that looked after it. The church is active.
The hall is laid of cobble on lime mortar, the plan is irregular and the facades are plain, without decoration. There is one entrance, in the south wall, and one window each in the west, east and south walls. The roof is covered with tile.
Inside, the apse is separated from the hall by side walls, the vault and the arch before the altar come close to a pointed form, and on the west side the vault rests on a hanging arch. A niche is cut into the north wall of the altar, the altar floor is raised by one step, and the floor of the church itself is paved with brick. Sources assign the building to the early Middle Ages.
