    We only had a meal here, and it wasn't very satisfying. If you're going to charge for using the toilet, at least make sure it's clean and stocked with toilet paper.

    Hotel ma piękny widok, ale pokoje są przeciętne, a ręczniki fatalne. Na parterze znajduje się sklep spożywczy. Zamówiona kolacja dla grupy była smaczna. Obsługa była bardzo uprzejma.

    فندق بسيط ونظيف، وموقعه مميز للغاية. الإطلالة رائعة والتعامل كان ممتازًا. سعر الغرفة المطلة لشخص واحد هو 100 لاري. الفندق يقع في أعلى قرية في أوروبا، ولا توجد فنادق 4 أو 5 نجوم في هذه القرية. بالنسبة لي، سأكرر التجربة مع مجموعة من 4 أشخاص.

    DISHONEST PEOPLE!! I’ve been living in Ushguli for weeks and have been coming here for years. I bought snacks from the male owner one day, but when I returned the next day, the woman charged me 20% more than before. She acted friendly with a fake smile but took my money right out of my hands without giving me a chance to refuse. After discussing this with locals, I found out this shop is known for raising prices whenever she wants. SHOP ELSEWHERE instead of supporting these thieves. Never support GREEDY CHEATERS!!

    פנסיון נעים באושגולי. החדרים קטנים מאוד, והמקלחת כמעט צמודה לשירותים. השירות והניקיון סבירים. האוכל טעים ומוגש בכמות נדיבה. המיקום מדהים, והנוף מהחדרים פשוט נפלא. מתאים ללינה לפני טרקים בסביבה.

    Wir waren von unserem Besuch enttäuscht. Für vier sehr kleine Stückchen Kuchen (eher Plätzchen), zwei kleine Tassen Kaffee und ein Bier haben wir 45 Lari gezahlt. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass die Speisekarte keine Preise hatte. Wir wollten nicht unhöflich sein und haben vor der Bestellung nicht nach den Preisen gefragt – im Nachhinein war das ein Fehler. Wir wissen, dass die Preise in touristischen Orten oft höher sind, aber hier war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig unangemessen. Mehr Transparenz bei den Preisen wäre wünschenswert, um unangenehme Überraschungen für die Gäste zu vermeiden.

    In den Bergen sollte man kein 5-Sterne-Luxushotel erwarten, aber der Service und die Gastfreundschaft sind auf diesem Niveau. Ich war nun schon dreimal hier und würde immer wiederkommen. Wer die Menschen, die Berge und die Gastfreundschaft schätzt, ist hier genau richtig.
