    The room, kitchen, and bathroom are spotlessly clean and everything looks brand new. There's a large balcony with a sofa, table, and armchairs that offers a great view of the garden. The hostess is incredibly kind. The location is close to the abandoned sanatoriums in Tskhaltubo, which is why I visited. There was no breakfast on my arrival, but Nana kindly offered me four tasty slices of pizza shortly after. Later that evening, she treated me to delicious piroshki. Nana, you're amazing! The house is very cozy and has everything you need. The veranda is fantastic with a wonderful view. Nana's granddaughter, Nika, speaks good English, and we had nice chats now and then. I'll be back in 11 months for at least a month, and I might even visit in January.

    This guesthouse is very peaceful with several rooms and is spotlessly clean. It has terraces with tables, beds, and a hammock. The Wi-Fi works well, and the showers are hot and strong. The kitchen is spacious enough for multiple people and has all the necessary tools for cooking. The center is a 10-minute walk, while shops are a bit farther near the market. Keep in mind that there's air conditioning, which could be useful in summer, though I didn’t need it. The owner warmly greeted us even though we arrived late. It's a great place to experience a typical Georgian house with a terrace and mountain views. The location is good, with many abandoned sanatoriums nearby.
