    The service here is incredibly slow and the staff is rude. It's best to skip this spot.

    The service was terrible. The manager acted like a thug, trying to intimidate us when issues arose. When we ordered drinks, we requested tap water but were told that water isn't free in Georgia, even with an order. They refused to accommodate European standards. Our cocktails lacked alcohol, which was odd for a drink like Long Island. When we asked to switch to wine, since our glasses were mainly filled with Fanta, cola, and ice, they refused and didn't acknowledge their mistake or try to correct it.

    We didn't want to pay for what was essentially alcohol-free Fanta and were about to leave, but a manager or someone else blocked the exit and almost hit my girlfriend. He threatened to call the police and said he would spread our faces around Telavi to get us denied service elsewhere. Also, we waited an eternity for just two cocktails.

    I’ve never spent so much on two drinks and I won’t return. People like this give Georgia a backward image.

    Заказали коктейли с алкоголем, но принесли только газировку со льдом. Когда спросили, почему нет алкоголя, ответ был неясным. Попросили заменить на вино, но сотрудник ответил агрессивно. Угрожал вызвать полицию, если не заплатим за "использованные ингредиенты", кричал и использовал грубые слова. Сказал, что к русским здесь относятся плохо. Худший сервис в Телави.

    We had the most disappointing veal barbecue during our time in Georgia. The staff attempted to cheat us by listing fake dishes and wrong prices on the bill. I strongly advise against going to this place. They treat their guests terribly!

    We tried some cocktails that were just okay. The servers didn’t speak any English and had trouble understanding us. The view was pleasant.

    Мне очень жаль сказать, но я разочарована посещением ресторана "Old Telavi". Обслуживание было непрофессиональным, а атмосфера оставляла желать лучшего. К сожалению, моя поездка в этот ресторан не оказала на меня никакого особого впечатления. Если вы ищете приятное место для поединка, я бы порекомендовала рассмотреть другие варианты.
