    Отель отличный, чистый и аутентичный. Кажется, владелец создавал его с заботой о себе. Много интересных дизайнерских решений, уютная обстановка, дополнительные мелочи, как картины в номере и валики для ног на кровати. Всё на высоком уровне. Рядом есть два приятных места для ужина. Эстетика, внимание к деталям и чистота на высоте.

    This hotel is stunning, with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The vibe is warm and relaxing, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely return.

    A lovely and beautiful hotel in Telavi! While it's a bit away from the town center, the property is fantastic. The interiors are well-designed, with a cozy lobby, a nice restaurant, a beautiful open garden, and a refreshing pool. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains, and the back of the hotel is surrounded by greenery and trees. The entire place is very well-kept, and the breakfast was both delicious and high quality. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Telavi!

    Overall, our stay was quite unsatisfactory.

    The room had curtains that didn't fully close, with bright lights outside preventing darkness at night, making sleeping difficult.

    Customer service wasn't great either. While some staff were indifferent, others were outright unfriendly, and there seemed to be little effort to assist guests. There was no elevator to the upper floors, which I managed without, but it would have been nice if help was offered with luggage.

    The hotel doesn't provide room service, even though there's a restaurant on-site, which was inconvenient.

    We also faced problems with hot water. It ran out during the first shower, and for the next two days, the water was only lukewarm.

    The place has potential, but the lack of focus on guest comfort and service made the stay disappointing.

    ძალიან მომეწონა ეს სასტუმრო. ინტერიერი ლამაზია და ძალიან სუფთაა. მისაღებში თანამშრომლები თუ სტუმრებს ღიმილით და მეგობრულად შეხვდებიან, უფრო კარგი იქნება :) საქართველოში ღიმილი დეფიციტია, მაგრამ მაინც უნდა ვეცადოთ, რომ სტუმრების მიღების სფეროში ღიმილიანი ხალხი ვიყოთ.
