    Комната в отеле немного напоминает прошлое, словно застряла в своей юности. Персонал старается и искренне приветствует, это согревает. Вокруг тихо и уютно, несмотря на небольшие недочёты. Кажется, этот отель держится на том, кто там работает и где он расположен, а не на самих номерах. Наверное, стоит вернуться, если отличное расположение и теплое отношение важнее свежего ремонта.

    Сервис здесь оставляет желать лучшего. Несколько дней назад, наш школьный класс отправился в однодневную экскурсию в Телави и остановился в этом отеле. Сразу стало заметно, что агрегированного понимания о гостеприимстве здесь нет. Постель оказалась в плачевном состоянии, пришлось подстраивать детские кровати под взрослых. Казалось бы, простая просьба посадить детей в столовой, чтобы они поели, обернулась для нас тем, что нас отправили на улицу. Дети, замерзшие под дождем, уж еле справлялись. Хотелось бы видеть здесь больше организации и человеческого тепла. И хоть центр города, и кажется должен быть локацией хорошего уровня, к сожалению, разочарование после этого визита сумело перевесить все возможные плюсы.
