Согласование даты подачи документов заняло несколько дней; когда я предлагал дату, Тамара исчезала, а за час до назначенного времени писала, что можно приезжать. Это повторилось трижды. Ситуация в WhatsApp и на почте также оставляла желать лучшего — среднее время ответа около недели. К юристам вопросов нет, но впечатление испортила именно ужасная коммуникация с, видимо, менеджерами. Удивляет, что за большие деньги приходится столько раз напоминать о себе.
