We spent more time stopping for low-quality honey, wine, and food than actually visiting the sights. The guide was rude, aggressive, and very nationalistic, constantly lecturing us about Russia and traditional Georgian values. I would recommend avoiding this experience.

Поездка в Казбеки была замечательной! Виды просто потрясающие, маршрут оставил приятные впечатления. Excellent service! I went on a tour to Kazbegi, Ananuri, and Gudauri, and it was fantastic, thanks to a friendly tour guide named Paata.

I have taken two tours with this travel agency—one to Kakheti for wine tasting with Nino, and another to Kazbegi with Katie.
My experience with Nino was fantastic. She provided ample time at each stop and was a warm, friendly, and professional guide. The tour felt leisurely and well-structured, which allowed everyone to enjoy the sights at their own pace.
On the other hand, the Kazbegi tour with Katie was disappointing. We felt rushed throughout the trip, with not enough time to appreciate the locations or take photos. The lunch spot was also overpriced, and several fellow travelers felt the same way.
Additionally, Katie seemed to focus on a few individuals instead of engaging with the entire group. At times, it felt like more attention was given to taking group selfies for marketing rather than ensuring everyone was having a good time.
A good tour guide should be fair, inclusive, and attentive to the needs of the whole group. I highly recommend Nino, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Katie. - E

We purchased our tickets at their office without any expectations. The day trip ended up being amazing, especially with our tour guide Kathy. The city of Signagi is definitely a place to visit.

Even though I didn't have my evisa, our guide, Pata, was very reassuring and a fantastic leader during our trip in Armenia.
