Amazing and professional team. They made my trip happen! I booked two tours to Kakheti and Kazbegi, and it was unforgettable. The driver is extremely skilled, they call him "Schumacher," and the guide Manuka is a wonderful person. The second guide, David, was great too. Thank you so much!

Terrible experience. There was a significant miscommunication between the tour company and the conductor, and our names weren't on the list. Even though we arrived on time at 8:45 AM, we had to wait outside in the freezing cold until 10:00 AM with my child. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they blamed us as if it was our fault. The van was ill-equipped for the harsh Kazbegi weather. On the way back, with temperatures around -17°C, the heating was inadequate, and we were cold the entire journey. During a coffee and restroom break, the guide yelled at us for buying coffee, even though he said it was a break for both. We were rushed and couldn't even finish our drinks. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. A whole day was wasted, and I wouldn't recommend this tour company to anyone.
