I booked 2 tickets for a tour online, but it was charged for 3. I didn't receive a refund for the extra ticket. I don't recommend booking online.

I used the airport transfer service from the city to the airport, and Maryam was very helpful during our late-night trip. The driver was also very careful.

The customer service here is the rudest I've ever encountered. I strongly advise against booking with this company. The manager or owner is truly unpleasant. I hope this business fails due to their bad karma.

The tour left us abandoned in Kutaisi. We had planned a canyons tour and were supposed to be transferred to Tbilisi afterward. The company contacted us at 8 PM the night before to tell us that our trip was canceled because another group had canceled, despite us having received confirmation. They didn't even offer a refund and told us to reach out to Viator. Our main concern was the transfer to Tbilisi from Kutaisi, but they seemed indifferent to our situation. We ended up scrambling to find transportation at night instead of enjoying dinner. This company is terrible and will leave you stranded; I recommend avoiding it entirely.

I booked a guided tour through an online platform and followed the organizer's advice to reach out for hotel details to secure a better rate. They provided me with the hotel manager's phone number, but after three weeks of no response, I only heard back once, and that was to inform me I was booked at a different hotel than I wanted. Due to the lack of communication, I decided to book my own hotel instead.

Later, I found a mistake in my new reservation and tried to contact the hotel, but the phone number was disconnected. Booking.com couldn’t assist me, and my email inquiry bounced back as undeliverable. When I explained this situation to the tour organizer, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. They accused me of being overly suspicious and seemed eager for me to cancel my tour, claiming I had disturbed them even before my arrival in Georgia.

A guided tour company is supposed to provide support to clients, as stated in their service description. Unfortunately, I experienced poor communication, a lack of assistance, and disrespect. It was a very disappointing experience.

I highly recommend choosing tours by a different company instead.
