I had a disappointing experience with this travel agency in Tbilisi. I ended up losing my entire 120 Lari, which they never refunded. From the beginning, I was uncertain about the trip, but the representative persuaded us to proceed. After just 30 minutes, we decided to cancel because my wife was unwell. We informed them of our decision, but they insisted that the booking was made and the amount was non-refundable. I didn’t want to argue and disturb my peace of mind, so I accepted it but made it clear that we were canceling the trip on our end.
