Je recommande vivement cette agence de voyage à quiconque souhaite explorer ce magnifique pays. Mon séjour a été parfait du début à la fin. L'organisation et la logistique étaient impeccables, avec des transports à la fois confortables et sûrs, et un équilibre idéal entre visites guidées et moments de détente. L'itinéraire proposé offre un contraste remarquable entre le charme historique des rues de Tbilissi et les paysages époustouflants des montagnes du Caucase. Однодневные туры в Казбеги и Кахетию просто потрясающие😍, виды невероятные. Гид Ната была великолепна. Жаль, что времени было мало, иначе смогли бы увидеть больше красивых мест. Менеджер Тамо очень помогла с выбором☺️.

Пять лет назад я впервые познакомилась с Грузией благодаря Георгию. Честно говоря, именно он заставил нас влюбиться в эту страну с первого взгляда. Его страсть к Грузии, её людям, традициям и культуре невозможно не заметить.

За все эти годы я с интересом следила за тем, как развивается агентство, и искренне радовалась успехам команды. И вот, спустя пять лет, я снова в Тбилиси, встретилась с Георгием, как с давним другом, и отправилась в Казбеги с этим агентством.

Поездка превзошла все ожидания. На самом деле, с ними реальность оказывается гораздо лучше, чем можно было представить. Всё здесь настоящее: люди, эмоции, отношение к гостям и сама Грузия.

Особое спасибо нашему замечательному гиду Рузане за душевность, заботу и любовь к своему делу. Именно такие люди делают путешествие незабываемым.

Мы заказывали два тура: в Казбеги и Мартвили. Оба были просто замечательными! Гиды отличные, прекрасно знают Грузию и рассказывают очень интересно. А виды просто потрясающие! 😍

I took a trip to Kakheti from Tbilisi. The ticket seller was very kind and accommodating to my needs, especially since I required the window to be open for health reasons. This was really important to me, and both the guide and the ticket seller were understanding.

Overall, I was satisfied with the journey, but the driver was constantly on his phone and only occasionally looked at the road. I was sitting in the front seat to keep the window open, which made me anxious, so I tried to keep an eye on the road myself to avoid any accidents. I expressed my concerns to the guide since the driver didn’t speak English. She mentioned that the driver had some family issues and reminded me that he is human, but his attitude was rude, and I felt scared and frustrated because of his reaction. The guide also mentioned he had children and was preoccupied with his own life. However, I paid for this trip, and I believe the driver should focus on the road. I didn't feel safe and was quite stressed, which I made clear in my review.

After I expressed my concerns, they treated me better. The guide was very kind and made me feel at home, checking in on how I was feeling. Those were the positive aspects.

It would have been helpful to have a list of the tour stops and a little map, as I was unfamiliar with Georgia and found it hard to remember the names of places.

Eventually, the atmosphere improved, and the driver made an effort to be more considerate. He became kind and respectful, and I tried to reciprocate that. Still, I can't forget the stress from earlier, even if he treated me well afterward.

I later learned that other passengers were also anxious about the driver using his phone (though I was the only one who saw him texting). The guide claimed he was a professional, which frustrated me; it’s like a pilot texting while flying a plane. A Georgian friend later echoed my concerns, questioning how they could think it was okay.

Overall, I believe they are good-hearted people, including the driver. However, in the event of an accident, the driver would be responsible, and that responsibility requires full attention on the road. I don't need that kind of adrenaline while on a trip.

The journey allowed me to see beautiful mountains and large trees, and I appreciated meeting the Georgian guide and other participants, all of whom were kind. The guide kept a positive atmosphere throughout the trip.
