The opera in Tbilisi is absolutely amazing. The architecture is breathtaking, and the performance was top-notch. The production had a wonderful traditional feel, with exceptional soloists, a fantastic choir, and an incredible orchestra. Given the ticket price, it's a great deal. If you're a fan of opera, you should definitely catch a show here.

The opera house is stunning and the performers are very skilled, but the experience for the audience was lacking. People around me were always on their phones, taking pictures, recording videos, and scrolling through social media, all while the show was going on. It was very distracting and showed a lack of respect for the performers and the audience members who wanted to enjoy the performance.

What made it even more frustrating was the absence of any staff to address this issue. Not a single usher intervened, despite the ongoing disruption throughout the acts. By the third act, the constant light from phone screens had ruined my enjoyment of the show, and I ended up leaving early. A venue of this quality really needs better audience management. A clear no-phone policy should be enforced, with staff present to enforce it, because the current situation seriously diminishes the overall experience.
