I had a disappointing experience with this company. I arranged for a paid door-to-door courier service, but although the courier picked up my item, it was never delivered and wasn’t returned either. For a while, the courier was impossible to reach.
I submitted a formal complaint and provided all the necessary information, but after multiple follow-ups and delays, the company denied my request for compensation.
As a result, my personal property, valued at about 95 GEL (35 USD), was lost during the delivery, and I received no resolution. What troubles me most is not the financial loss, but the lack of accountability for missing items.
I think future customers should keep this experience in mind before trusting their valuable items to this service.
