What's the point of something being owned by the city? Shouldn't it either be free or have low prices? If the country is experiencing economic growth greater than the European Union—at least according to PM Kobakhidze, who can say that because people often confuse real and nominal GDP—then facilities like these should be free or at least affordable. It's frustrating to see padel costing 45 and tennis 25 for just one person.

A great spot for practicing and playing tennis. It's also more affordable than other options in Tbilisi.
