We reserved a court for the first time and confirmed it over the phone and again through WhatsApp with the manager. We arrived 10 minutes early, changed our clothes, and even double-checked our booking at reception.
After all that, we discovered there was no court available for us. The only option the manager provided was to wait three hours for the next available court, plus a 20 GEL discount.
They acknowledged that the mistake was on their end, but the way it was handled was very disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend making any plans around this place. Be ready for the chance that your weekend could be ruined, leaving you and your friends scrambling for something else to do at the last minute. - P

This place is pretty much the only badminton hall in Tbilisi, and it's quite good overall. It's not usually very crowded, making it easy to find available courts. As a badminton enthusiast, I appreciate having a space to play. That said, there are definitely areas that could be improved, especially considering the high cost of playing here. The rates are 80βΎ per hour until 3pm, with a 20% discount after that. Weekends charge full price, making it pricier than tennis or paddle courts in Tbilisi, so higher quality is expected. My main concern is the lighting. When the lights are off, it gets too dark on cloudy days, while having them on makes it difficult to see the ball due to glare. On sunny days, bright sunlight coming in also disrupts visibility. Relocating the lights and adding blinds would enhance the playing experience in summer. Also, I find the rental bats uncomfortable, especially the white ones, which often leave bruises after playing. Investing in better grip material for the handles would help a lot. The shuttlecocks need improvement too, as they often arrive damaged and difficult to use.Lastly, Iβm not a fan of the pre-payment system for reserving spots. While it may help ensure attendees show up, it creates awkward situations within groups. It would be better if everyone could pay individually in person, which would prevent one person from needing to cover the cost for everyone. This issue has made me less inclined to visit.Overall, it's a decent venue for badminton, but I'm looking forward to more organized facilities opening up elsewhere.

I go there with my friends twice a week. The staff is really friendly and helpful; they even taught me some basics and gave me useful tips. It's affordable, clean, and a lot of fun!
