The registration process is really poor. I called multiple times to ask if they offer in-body measurements, but they hung up on me three times.

I'm really let down by the morning upkeep at this gym. I usually leave around 9:00 AM, and it's always the same issues: no clean towels, showers that are out of order, and poorly lit changing areas. I've contacted customer support about this, but they've completely ignored me. For the membership price, I expect basic facilities to function properly.

I have a morning membership and usually arrive around 7:45am three times a week.

The main problem is that they rarely have towels available for the showers, which is really frustrating since I walk 30 minutes to get to the gym and can't shower there to be ready for my day.

Every morning, I notice plenty of towels lying on the floor in the men's room.

Also, paper products in the men's room and gym are often empty, and there are no sanitizer sprays available.

It would be better if they reserved some towels specifically for the morning instead of putting everything out for evening users to take. For those of us who work out in the morning, it's much harder to go home and shower afterward.

The personal trainers are great, but the service and the people are very unfriendly and lacking in education. I would never return to this place.

Добрый день! Занимаюсь в этом фитнес-центре полтора года, выбрала его из-за близости к дому.

Плюсы:
- Просторный зал
- Есть все необходимые тренажеры, хоть многие и устаревшие, но нормально
- Работает круглосуточно
- Душ, туалет и раздевалка всегда чистые
- Супер тренер, с которым занимаюсь больше года

Минусы:
- Невоспитанность персонала, главный менеджер даже не здоровается ни на английском, ни на русском, ни на грузинском. Смотрит в глаза и отворачивается. Это неприемлемо для такого клуба, и, к сожалению, другие сотрудники ведут себя так же, могут поздороваться только при покупке воды или оплате абонемента. Если бы не мой тренер, я бы ушла в другой клуб.
- Ужасные коврики, кажется, им лет по 10, их даже неприятно брать в руки, не то что на них лежать.

Хочу отметить уборщицу, она всегда улыбается и здоровается со всеми.

I went to get a membership, but there was no one at the reception. No sign indicating when they would be back, and no bell to ring. I understand that they might have other priorities, but come on.

I can't recommend this place; the owner is very selfish and the management lacks knowledge. 👎👎👎

Хороший фитнес-центр с современным оборудованием и чистыми раздевалками. Я хожу сюда около полугода и проблем с вентиляцией, как пишут, не заметила. Было бы здорово, если бы добавили кулеры с водой, учитывая, что это премиум зал. Ответы в соцсетях не очень быстрые, и информации о ценах на абонементы недостаточно. Иногда на праздники бывают неплохие скидки на абонементы (20-25%). Без скидок стоимость около 190 лари в месяц, в зависимости от срока покупки. Не нравится, что некоторые посетители не убирают инвентарь на место.

Great gym with a welcoming staff. Plenty of equipment available, open 24/7.
