The cashiers are unfriendly and rude. I've noticed expired food being sold there. I also reported this to the store chain.

We went into the store to buy some fruit and bag it ourselves. At first, they didn’t weigh it, then they started yelling at us in Georgian, which we didn’t understand. They took the fruit away from us. I couldn’t follow what they were saying, but it was clear they were upset and directing their frustration at us. It felt disrespectful. I’ve traveled to ten countries and have never experienced such rudeness from people.

    To the Management,

I am writing to voice my serious concern and disappointment with the unacceptable behavior I encountered during my visit to your store.
Staff members made inappropriate and discriminatory comments about customers who are not Slavic, wrongly assuming that we couldn't understand Georgian. This behavior is not only offensive but also reflects racism and a lack of respect for individuals from different backgrounds.
It's crucial to recognize that many people living in Georgia are multilingual, including in Georgian. Making derogatory remarks based on ethnicity or language skills is completely unacceptable and undermines basic principles of professionalism and human dignity.
Such actions create a hostile atmosphere and tarnish your business's reputation. Georgia is celebrated for its hospitality, and experiences like this contradict those values.
I expect this matter to be addressed seriously. I request that you implement appropriate measures, such as staff training on respectful communication and non-discrimination. I would also appreciate a response regarding how you plan to handle this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

    Sincerely,
    Knarik, your neighbor from Armenia
