Supermarket "Carrefour" on Tvalchrelidze street 2 in Tbilisi

Awesome.

Extremely disappointing experience. We were not allowed to enter because we had shopping bags from other stores. We offered to leave the bags with security, but they refused and didn't provide any reasonable alternatives. The staff were very rude and disrespectful. As tourists who don't speak Georgian, it was even harder, and they made no effort to communicate politely or help us understand. I hope management reconsiders this policy and improves customer service.

Shopping at the checkout feels uncomfortable, as if you’re being watched. The security personnel are very aggressive, making grocery shopping feel threatening.

The staff at the pork counter were rude. Please provide better training for your employees on customer service!

There’s a good selection of products, but sometimes you have to wait in line.
