I paid for an item, but it was never delivered because they claimed it was out of stock. When I asked for a refund, it was denied. This is a clear breach of basic consumer rights and feels like theft, showing a shocking lack of competence. To make things worse, the staff couldn't speak English, making it nearly impossible to solve even the simplest problem. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm here.

This supermarket has a fantastic selection of items that are hard to find elsewhere. It feels more like a specialty store, so prices are a bit higher than typical supermarkets. I discovered this granola here, and it quickly became my favorite – it has a great ingredient list and tastes amazing, making it a perfect addition to my yogurt bowl!

В магазине продают йогурты La Fermiere, которые оказались испорченными. Мы купили 4 шт. с фисташкой за 52 лари и в итоге их выбросили, хотя срок годности еще не истекал (до 15 января). Упаковка была без видимых повреждений, только немного конденсата внутри банок, что мы сначала не восприняли как проблему. Похоже, что их неправильно хранили в магазине или при транспортировке. Будьте осторожны!
