The staff was rude and the rules were confusing. I had a frustrating experience today. I bought some food and ate it on the terrace, then went inside to get a coffee from the machine. While I was working, a staff member approached me in a very unfriendly way and started telling me I couldn't sit there with my laptop and that I "needed to be eating something." I explained that I had already bought a meal and was drinking coffee I just purchased, but she kept bothering me and wouldn’t leave me alone. Eventually, I had to tell her to stop interrupting me so I could finish my work. It's a very effective way to drive away customers. The attitude of the staff is awful.

Avoid the packaged pastries at the counter; they are not fresh. The wrapped sandwiches were disappointing too, with soggy bread and wilted tomato and lettuce.

The only positive aspect of this store is that it’s open 24/7. The staff seems to act like they’re doing us a huge favor when we ask for items at the bakery. Prices are also too high.

Very affordable with numerous locations everywhere. Plus, it’s open 24/7. The parking costs are based on your bill. I find it cheaper than Carrefour in Tbilisi Mall.
