Staff is unfriendly, no one smiles. The cheese was expired, and the chips were crushed into crumbs. I do not recommend this place.

I am disappointed with the attitude of the staff and the lack of respect for tourists during my visit. After making my payment, I realized I had purchased the wrong item due to incorrect information from one of your employees. I politely asked to change the item, but my request was completely denied.
Even after calmly explaining that the mistake was due to staff misinformation, the team refused to help or listen. This behavior felt unprofessional and discouraging as a customer.
I encourage you to consider providing more training for your staff in customer service, active listening, and assisting customers when errors happen. A more supportive and respectful approach would greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.
