The security staff at this store were quite rude and forced me to leave my backpack in a locker, which I found to be insecure. My backpack contains important items like my documents, wallet, laptop, headphones, phone, and other valuables. I also use it for my groceries to avoid buying plastic bags and reduce waste.

Iโ€™ve never encountered a requirement like this in any store in Georgia or elsewhere, especially since my backpack is a standard size that many people use daily. The security guard treated me like I was a thief, which was really disrespectful and unpleasant.

In the end, I chose not to make any purchases because I couldn't understand this policy or the way I was treated. I believe customers deserve respect, not suspicion.

The prices at checkout don't always match whatโ€™s on the price tags. I bought two bottles of Chateau Mukhrani wine that were tagged at 45 GEL each, but I ended up paying 55 GEL each when I checked out (I only realized this at home). A 10 GEL difference doesnโ€™t break the bank for me, but I really dislike "wasted expenses," so I'm giving this a 1-star rating. Cheers. I wouldnโ€™t recommend shopping here.

This is truly shameful on an international level. It's hard to believe that in a premium grocery store, instead of receiving a simple greeting, you are confronted by a security guard who insists that you leave your backpack, which contains your money, documents, and laptop, in an unlocked locker before allowing you to enter their so-called exclusive store.

It's unacceptable to treat customers as if they might be thieves. While theft happens everywhere, respectable businesses account for such losses in their expenses rather than humiliating their patrons with suspicion. Clearly, thatโ€™s not the case here.

I can't imagine how locals cope with this kind of treatment just to buy groceries. I'm still in shock and can't shake off the feeling of humiliation from being seen as a criminal. The fact that someone viewed me as a thief is incredibly upsetting.

This situation cannot continue. It violates basic human dignity, and I will do everything possible to raise awareness about this issue by contacting media, bloggers, public figures, and anyone who can help highlight this practice.

This is the least impressive Agrohub in the area, particularly concerning the security at the entrance and the requirement for customers to store their belongings in poorly designed lockers.

The bag storage system is inconvenient and feels unfair to users.
