    Купила обувь за 540 лари и оказалось, что она бракованная — ношу каждый день, и состояние ног ужасное. Уже на первый день после покупки начал облезать черный краситель. Ношу, конечно, с носками, но вместо того, чтобы вернуть деньги или предложить скидку на следующую покупку, они предложили обмен на другую пару с доплатой от 200 до 1000 лари. Выбор маленький, и если что-то и понравится для обмена, придётся доплачивать, потому что за 540 лари вообще нет ни одного подходящего варианта. Другая обувь намного дороже, а скидка 20% на последующую покупку действует только два месяца.
