Extremely disappointing experience. They initially assured me that my butterfly and flower design was possible, but midway, they changed their minds. The final outcome looks nothing like what I requested—just random acrylic blobs. Feels like they agreed just to get the booking. Tried contacting them afterward, but got no reply. That says it all. If you care about the design, I wouldn't recommend.
