Terrible experience, they lacked professionalism!! I paid 150 GEL for a full body massage with a head spa, and it was a waste of money. I wish I hadn't gone. They were gossiping instead of showing me to the room, but that was just the start. I was given no privacy to undress; the therapist stayed in the room. The massage wasn't deep at all, felt like I got nothing out of it. Having tried many massage therapists before, this service didn't compare. The head spa was poorly done; she couldn't handle different hair types, tugged painfully at my hair, and let water get into my ears, which was really irritating. To top it off, staff members barged in without knocking, showing no respect for privacy. At the end, I had to dry my hair myself with the dryer! This place shouldn't be in business. โน๏ธ
