    I've never encountered someone so arrogant. Artur was rude, dismissive, and very disrespectful. It seemed like he believed he was better than everyone else, making the whole experience really frustrating.

    The receptionist was also unprofessional and didn't help the situation at all.

    I can’t believe a salon like this still has clients. For the money they charge, the service should match the price, but it was far from it.

    highlights/bleaching: Absolutely terrible. A third of my hair was not even touched.

    The power was out for an hour during my 3-4 hour appointment, leading to a poor job on the treated sections.

    On top of that, I had to pay 890 GEL through a sketchy bank transfer to Anuki Meskhi (ანუკი მესხი) without getting a receipt, which is illegal as they're not paying taxes…
