    В салоне моей подруге неудачно покрасили волосы — их не только испортили, но и сожгли. Она ожидала красивого окрашивания, а получила повреждённые, пересушенные волосы с ужасным цветом, пятнами у корней и резкими переходами оттенка. На макушке это особенно заметно и неаккуратно. Теперь волосы стали ломкими и испорченными. Доверять салону было страшно, а результат оказался разочаровывающим. Теперь ей приходится тратить дополнительные деньги, время и нервы на восстановление волос. Это недопустимое качество работы для заведения, предоставляющего профессиональные услуги. Испорчены волосы, настроение и доверие. Важно предупредить других о возможных последствиях.

    The wash was nice. It seems they might not have many clients with curly hair, as the drying technique left my hair frizzy. The round brush didn't work, so they used a straightener to create curls. No products or heat protection were applied to my hair. The staff was friendly and tried their best despite the language barrier.

    სამწუხაროდ, ამ სალონში ვიზიტი ძალიან ცუდი გამოცდილება იყო. სტილისტმა ეკამ, რომელიც არაპროფესიონალი და საქმის არმცოდნეა, ძალიან ცუდად შემაჭრა. საერთოდ არ იყო ის, რაც მინდოდა. არავის ვურჩევ აქ მისვლას! საბოლოოდ მითხრეს, რომ ასე უნდა იყოსო და ბოდიშიც არავის მოუხდია. მომსახურების ხარისხი არ შეესაბამება ფასს!
