My visit to this café was very disappointing. After taking a long time to explain our order, we selected several dishes, including meat dumplings. Despite being the only customers, the wait was long. When the food arrived, the dumplings were filled with cheese instead of meat. The staff wouldn't admit the mistake but promised a quick replacement. After another long wait, we learned there would be no replacement, just an apology. No staff informed us; I had to ask myself, only to find out nothing more was coming. To top it off, I got a stomach ache afterward. While this seems to be a rare occurrence based on other reviews, it was still a very unpleasant experience. Overall, it was frustrating and disappointing.

My time at this restaurant was fantastic! The khachapuri was amazing — freshly baked and golden with rich, stretchy cheese that melted perfectly with every bite. The dough was soft and had a perfectly crisp crust. It's one of the best I've ever had!
The dessert was heavenly. Beautiful presentation, just the right amount of sweetness, and incredibly tasty. It wrapped up an already wonderful meal perfectly.

One of the oddest Khachapuri I've ever tried! The cook must not know the recipe. I didn't even touch it. Now I get why it's always empty despite the location.

Going there in the morning felt like an inconvenience for the staff. Orders took a long time, there was no toilet paper in the restroom, and the automatic door didn't close properly, letting in a cold breeze.
