On our first night in Tbilisi, our hotel suggested this restaurant for a taste of genuine Georgian food. The atmosphere is incredible, making you feel like you've traveled back in time in a lovely upstairs setting overlooking a quaint street. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The local red wine was a delightful surprise. Highly recommend!

The food here is good, but the atmosphere is outstanding. It has a wonderful sense of history and elegance without feeling like a museum. It's a great spot for having a proper conversation without the distraction of loud music. We tried the chicken chakhokhbili and veal chakapuli, paired with some simple Georgian bread. The stew had some bones left in, which added extra flavor. The portion sizes were just right for two people, not too much. The service was excellent; our waiter was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions on food pairings and suitable Georgian wines. It would have been nice to have more options for wines by the glass, but the one we chose complemented the meal well.

One of the best parts of our trip to Tbilisi was this restaurant. The food truly captures the essence of Georgian cuisine, the service was outstanding, and the traditional decor was lovely. It felt very much like a local spot rather than a tourist trap. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone wanting an authentic Georgian dining experience.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Georgia, and definitely one of my top picks worldwide. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I found myself returning three times during my visit. If I could, I would give it 6 stars!

Bu yorumu özellikle Türk misafirler için yazıyorum. İki kişi akşam yemeği için gittik. Balkabaklı ve hardal soslu salata, meze tabağı ve dana eti sipariş ettik. Yemekleri orta seviyede buldum. Salatayı sosunu merak ettiğimiz için seçtik, ama hardal yerine balsamik sosla servis edildi. Zeytinyağı istediğimizde ise olmadığını söylediler. Meze tabağı genel olarak güzeldi ama sarımsak oranı fazlaydı. Ana yemekte kişniş çok yoğun olduğu için yiyemedik. Menüde içeriğinde kişniş yazmadığı için sipariş etmiştik. Et iyi pişmişti ama tadı bize uygun değildi. Dikkat edilmesi gereken bir konu. Garsonlar genelde suratsızdı. Salonda sipariş vermek için garson arıyorsunuz ama bulamıyorsunuz. Mekanın tasarımı harikaydı. Fiyatlar klasik restoranlara göre biraz daha yüksekti.
