The experience was completely unacceptable.
We ordered a specific wine, but it was swapped for an inferior one without any notice. This wasn't an error; it was deceit. When we brought it up, the staff responded with dishonest and inconsistent explanations instead of owning up to it.
Additionally, the bill was incorrect, not reflecting what we had ordered. It seemed like an intentional attempt to overcharge us.
The service was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than handling the issue professionally, the staff behaved arrogantly, making things worse.
This place shows no respect for its customers. Be very cautious if you decide to go there—double-check everything you're served and every detail on your bill.
