The food, atmosphere, and service were all pleasant.

What can I say... Absolutely flawless. The service was incredibly professional. I'm still amazed at how they manage to find and train such skilled staff. All the dishes are at a Michelin star level. Hurry there before they earn that star... And don’t forget to sample the Georgian wines.

I've dined at over 70 Michelin-starred or similar restaurants worldwide. During my trip to Georgia, I checked out this fine dining spot. While I appreciated the overall experience, the atmosphere felt quite standard. Being in Tbilisi at a Georgian fine dining establishment, I expected more local decor and cultural touches. The food was good, and the menu flowed nicely, but it lacked creativity. Many classic dishes were presented well, but they didn’t stray far from their original forms. Tbilisi is just starting to develop its fine dining and tasting menu scene (aside from Barbarestan), and this restaurant is a promising beginning. I hope it continues to grow!

The food and service were exceptional! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. The waiters spoke Georgian, English, and Russian, which made communication effortless, and they were eager to meet any requests.

The chef's skill is remarkable. Every dish was bursting with flavors, making you pause to savor it all. The ingredients blended perfectly, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

They also offered us complimentary homemade bread and sweets, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience, and I’d gladly return!

Ich war im Oktober 2025 mehrfach in diesem Restaurant und freute mich darauf, im Mai 2026 wieder dort zu speisen. Leider war die Reservierung kompliziert. Eine Buchung über das Smartphone funktionierte nicht wegen eines Programmabsturzes. Per E-Mail ging es auch nicht, ich musste den PC nutzen. Bei der Buchung wurde eine Kaution von 100 Lari verlangt.

Der Abend war angenehm, aber die Kaution wurde bei der Rechnung nicht abgezogen. Trotzdem reservierten wir für den nächsten Abend. Das Restaurant war an beiden Abenden nur zu etwa 60 % ausgelastet.

Beim zweiten Besuch wurden wir wie Fremde behandelt, und die Dame im Service begrüßte uns nicht. Der Abend war nicht optimal.

Das Personal zeigte keine Empathie, und es fühlte sich an, als würden wir von Robotern bedient. Alles war höflich, aber ohne Gefühl.

Für die folgenden Abende entschieden wir uns für ein anderes Restaurant in Tbilisi. Leider kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht mehr empfehlen.

Déjeuner sur la terrasse ombragée, ambiance paisible avec le chant des oiseaux. La cuisine est subtile et raffinée, recherchée mais sans artifices. 75 % des ingrédients viennent de leur propre ferme, une démarche rare qui mérite d'être notée. Pain fait maison excellent. Même les accompagnements, comme le beurre et le miel, sont extraordinaires.
