Terrible taste. I do not recommend it; don't waste your money.

The food was terrible. I traveled here after seeing your posts on Instagram, but when I arrived, the dish I wanted was unavailable due to a gas shortage. This wasn't mentioned on your Instagram, which was really disappointing. The only manti available was heavy on cumin and didn't taste good.

Extremely disappointing experience. We came all this way, but the food was awful and the service was lacking. There was no proper communication or updates. It felt like a total waste of time and money. I can't recommend this place.

The management and food staff are definitely better than they used to be.

I often dine at your restaurant and appreciate the value, but there are a few areas that could use improvement:
    1. Reduce the wait time for customers.
    2. Enhance the quality of the food.
    3. Please offer water to guests.
    4. Consider better pay for the waitstaff, as they often seem slow and fatigued during my visits.
    5. It would be great to have larger portion sizes.

Edit: I received a response from the owner stating that everything is perfect, so it seems like feedback isn't welcome.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Before I placed my order, the owner personally assured me that they would speak to the chef, send complimentary items, and provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite.

The night before, I ordered two Hyderabadi biryanis after seeing enticing pictures, but what I received was far from that. There was hardly any masala, the chicken was dry, and it felt more like plain rice than biryani. Ordering two biryanis felt like a complete waste of money.

The next day, I ordered mandi and kindly asked for it to be flavorful and not dry. Instead of addressing my concerns, I kept getting responses like "We can't give like that," with no effort to understand my request.

Communication was a major issue. Once I placed my order, I was left waiting without updates. When I inquired about my order, I was told it wasn't ready, and my follow-up messages were ignored.

What made it worse was that this happened on two consecutive nights. After the disappointing biryani, I gave the restaurant another chance due to the owner's promises, but I was once again left waiting and ignored.

The difference between the owner's promises and the actual service is shocking. Telling customers they "won't let you down" and that they "deserve the best" means nothing when the food doesn't meet expectations, money feels wasted, and communication is lacking.

I can understand delays and a busy kitchen, but poor food quality, bad communication, and broken promises over two nights are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I gave them a second chance after the first disappointing order, and they proved that it was not a one-time mistake.

The mutton dish is terrible, so don't waste your money on it. If you’re a regular, the service gets worse over time (except for the South Indian staff). The respect for customers seems to be fading. The new staff provide poor service; the previous team was much kinder. The only benefit for students is the so-called *student discount*. Honestly, the food is only worth a fraction of what they charge on delivery apps like Bolt or Wolt, where the prices are much higher than the actual taste.

Had an outstanding meal at this Indian spot in Tbilisi. The dishes were truly authentic and bursting with flavor, bringing back memories of home. A must-visit for those seeking real South Indian and Kerala-style cuisine in Tbilisi.

This place offers one of the finest Indian meals I've enjoyed in Tbilisi. They provide delicious and authentic South Indian dishes with great quality and presentation. The staff is friendly, respectful, and professional, making us feel welcome and valued.
