I had a delivery order and after dropping it off, the customer called me two hours later claiming I spilled curry all over the food. First of all, it's never the driver's fault. They could easily wrap the curry bowl with plastic film to prevent spills from even a small bump. I was especially careful with this order because I knew it contained curry. All I'm saying is, don't shift the blame to drivers for poor packing. I'm not going to leave a negative review, but next time, own up to your mistakes.
