We waited about 30 minutes for our food. The khachapuri was undercooked, and the salad had too much walnut dressing.

We have always enjoyed this restaurant, so this visit was disappointing. We called ahead to let them know we were coming with a family of four adults and three small children, and they said it was fine. However, upon arrival, we were first informed there would be a 30-40 minute wait, and then suddenly told that they weren't taking any orders at all. It's very frustrating and unprofessional to deal with this kind of communication, especially with small kids. A bit more honesty and consideration from the start would have been helpful.
