I made a car reservation a month ahead and got an email confirming it. I even spoke with the person responsible, who assured me everything was set.
Last Sunday, during a snowstorm, we arrived at the pickup spot and tried to reach the contact from the confirmation email, but there was no answer. I also called another contact from the company, but still no response. We waited over two hours, calling, messaging, and sending an email to the company.
Three days have passed, and no one has reached out to us or explained the situation.
Since we had an urgent booking in Gudauri, we had to rent a car from a different company at the last minute, which cost us more.
This company is highly unreliable, unprofessional, and lacks customer support when it’s needed. I strongly recommend steering clear of them, especially if you have time-sensitive plans or are traveling in winter. - c
Extremely bad service; they will charge you without consent. A guy named Levan scammed us by adding extra fees without informing us. Avoid this rental agency if you don't want to be scammed.
