Terrible service from Georgie and another staff member. We reserved a Volvo S90 but ended up with a RAV4. Upon returning the car, another employee claimed we were speeding, showing a screenshot with the date and time that was actually before we even rented the car. Avoid this company at all costs! The prices are misleading, and they insisted that the RAV4 was an "upgrade." They also refused to compensate for the price difference. Be cautious!

Wir haben für zwei Wochen ein Auto gemietet und wurden von David betreut. Er hat uns eine Bescheinigung organisiert, die es uns ermöglichte, mit dem Mietwagen nach Armenien zu fahren. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir diese bereits bei ihm in der Zentrale abholen, nachdem sie vom Notar bestätigt worden war. Alles lief problemlos und der Service war hervorragend. David war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem spricht er fließend Englisch, was hier nicht selbstverständlich ist und vieles erleichterte.

Wir haben ein Auto für zwei Wochen gemietet. David hat uns von der Abholung am Flughafen bis zur Rückgabe professionell unterstützt. Der beantragte Grenzübertritt nach Armenien verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Bisher gab es keine versteckten Kosten. Laut seiner Aussage erhalten wir die Kaution innerhalb von 15 Tagen zurück. Wenn das stimmt, hatten wir insgesamt eine hervorragende Erfahrung.
