A serious warning to all travelers: avoid renting a car from this company. They operate dishonestly and pressure customers into writing positive reviews before they can leave.
When we arrived at Tbilisi Airport, we were told there was a problem with our reservation, and we couldn't get the car. Instead, we were instructed to take a Bolt taxi to our accommodation, with a promise that they would cover the taxi fare. This reimbursement never happened.
To make things worse, we didn’t even get the car we booked. We had arranged for a Citroën C3, deemed suitable for the roads in Georgia, but they gave us a Nissan Versa instead, without any notice. The car was delivered over an hour late, which delayed our trip.
When we returned the vehicle, the representative claimed there were issues with it and demanded extra payment. He also insisted we leave a positive Google review before he would leave. His demeanor changed when he realized we were unhappy.
This experience was extremely unprofessional and intimidating. The entire process—from the late delivery to broken promises and pressure to leave a good review—made us feel misled. I strongly recommend looking for another car rental option. The whole experience felt suspicious and untrustworthy. - F

Nick nous a très bien reçus. Nous avons rencontré quelques soucis, mais il les a tous gérés. Il était très réactif sur whatsapp pendant toute la période de location et il nous a même conduits à notre hôtel après avoir rendu la voiture. Un grand merci à lui, je recommande vraiment !
