    1) Appointments are made over the phone, but once at the hospital, you have to line up and repeat everything. It seems pointless to provide the same information twice.
    2) Appointments are never on time; there's always a delay.
    3) The doctors struggle with computer use to access analyses or notes from colleagues in the same department.
    4) You're asked to go downstairs to print results and come back, and some doctors seem unsure and just redirect you back to the original doctor.

    Аппарат МРТ устаревший, не откалиброван, качество изображения ужасное, в горизонтальной проекции одни помехи.

    Не советую эту клинику. Сделал там рентген и КТ плеча после перелома. Два хирурга и травматолог сказали, что снимки ужасные и их нужно переделывать.

    На КТ записали на конкретное время, но по приходу была очередь, и я ждал больше часа в коридоре.

    Также попросил отправить результаты КТ на почту. Через 5 дней получил их, но вместо снимков прислали PDF с заключением МРТ колена, а не КТ моего плеча…

    Не рекомендую эту клинику. Делал рентген и КТ плеча после перелома. Два хирурга и травматолог посмотрели рентген и сказали, что снимки плохие и их нужно переделать. Когда пришел на КТ, несмотря на запись, пришлось ждать больше часа в коридоре. Попросил сотрудника отправить результаты КТ на почту. Через 5 дней получил вместо этого PDF с заключением МРТ колена, а не КТ плеча…

    The service is outstanding. I must commend Nino Samkharadze, an excellent and highly skilled doctor, along with Eka Saknelashvili. They explained everything thoroughly and provided top-level care. I highly recommend this service.

    The staff at the reception lacks proper training and doesn't understand their responsibilities. Paying for a procedure takes around 20-30 minutes.

    The staff is quite clueless. They don’t speak English, so they just hang up the phone. The CT scanner isn't working, and they have no idea how to fix it or where else to get scans done.
