They are dishonest. They ignore my calls. I spent almost 4,000 lari for a washer and dryer, but they only delivered a washer. I keep trying to contact them, but they never pick up the phone. Stay away.

Very unprofessional delivery service. The delivery people treated the appliance like a toy, tossing it around carelessly. They even damaged our apartment doors in the process. Once inside, they continued to mishandle the appliance and seemed in a hurry to leave. The service was utterly unprofessional. When I called the store, they didn't seem to care at all. The whole experience frightened my puppy, and she's still scared. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their behavior was appalling.
