Взял билет в 3.15, стоял в очереди, а после меня начали вызывать тех, кто пришёл позже. Меня пригласили в 3.55 и сказали "мы закрываемся". Тогда зачем выдавать билеты, если не успеваете до 4 обслужить? Или всех с билетами обслуживайте до конца. Или!!! Наймите больше сотрудников, чтобы менеджерша на почте не злилась из-за того, что работу закончит на 5 минут позже благодаря вашей системе🤦🏻♀️ это ведь не моя проблема, правда? Я пришёл заранее, взял билет и ждал свою очередь.
