    Our visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. The waitstaff seemed to overlook the guests entirely. We waited a long time, tried to get their attention multiple times, and even asked them to come over, but they still ignored us. To make matters worse, they forgot our order. After we reminded them, the service barely improved. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers or the level of service they provided. While the venue may seem nice, the terrible service ruined our experience. I wouldn't want to return to a place where guests are neglected and orders are overlooked.

    Посетили заведение и остались с разными впечатлениями. Заказали пиццу, тартар из говядины и Aperol Spritz. Пицца была отличной, как и Aperol. Особенно благодарны официанту, который обслуживал нас на террасе — он был вежливым, внимательным и профессиональным, благодаря ему у нас сложилось хорошее первое впечатление о ресторане.

    Однако тартар из говядины значительно испортил общее впечатление, он оказался очень пересоленным. Мы не просили убрать его из счета, просто хотели обратить внимание персонала на проблему и получить профессиональную обратную связь. Менеджер сообщила, что шеф-повар считает блюдо правильным, и когда мы пытались объяснить, что соли было слишком много, ответ был однообразным: «Так и должно быть». Общение было довольно резким, что не способствовало дальнейшему обсуждению.

    Мы ожидали уважительного отношения к нашему мнению и профессионального подхода к замечаниям. В ресторанном бизнесе не всегда возможно угодить всем, но качество сервиса проявляется в том, как реагируют сотрудники на обратную связь. К сожалению, нас расстроило не столько блюдо, сколько отношение менеджера к нам. Очень жаль, ведь пицца, напитки и работа официанта заслуживают похвалы, а вот менеджера — нет.
