I went to buy a lip balm, and a tall, fair-haired security guard kept following and staring at me from about a meter away. This felt more like harassment than security.

Instead, they provided a natural supplement derived from fungi. As I continued to request Loperamide, I realized I didn’t know how pharmacies operate in Georgia. I was pressed for time due to a scheduled tour, so I accepted the supplement and left.
