The service at this location is terrible. The staff is unhelpful, and it's happened to me multiple times. It's extremely rude, making it the worst service I've encountered at this specific spot.

Заказал пончики "рафаэлло" через терминал. Ждал в очереди минут 20-30. Место тесное и многолюдное. Когда подошел, сказали, что пончиков нет, деньги не вернули. Пришлось взять другие. Полное безразличие к клиентам.
